Exclusive Rights Clause

The Client is granted exclusive rights and ownership to the images produced by Audrey Tarris Photography. Audrey Tarris Photography hereby waives all rights to copyright ownership of the images. The Client has full authorization to utilize the images for personal and/or commercial purposes, without restriction on usage duration.
